LandlordZONE reported that a letting agent investigated after BBC complaints coverage had lost an appeal concerning Propertymark membership. The article says Propertymark found several code breaches, refers to the forged-signature issue reported by the BBC, and notes a statement saying new operating procedures had been introduced. This entry should be treated as secondary reporting and paired with the official Propertymark decision page.
